Grilled balogna and mozarella cheese (on the george foreman grill), salad with blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, baby cucumber, mixed greens, sunflower seeds, fresh ground black pepper and rasberry vinegrette and munster cheese cut into tiny squares.

Was reading a magazine last night and was pleased to be able to show my husband an article about fighting disease with foods like Tuna, Salmon and Eggs. Sept 2010 Ladies Home Journal page 125. this morning, I had a quick glass of orange juice and my shaklee vit C before heading off to LaVon's to set up my booth. then I came back home and had a glass of grape juice and some figs. getting ready to teach two music lessons and then see what things I can get done around the house.
